1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

Choose your desired product and select the correct size.

Click “Add to Cart.”

Proceed to your cart and click “Checkout.”

Fill in your details, select your payment method, and confirm the order.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mentalfierce.com. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

3. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries in Europe.

4. How long does delivery take?

Within Belgium: 1-4 business days.

Netherlands, France, and Germany: 3-5 business days.

Other European countries: 5-13 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the link provided.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

6. Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

The item is in its original condition and packaging.

Include your order number and the item you want to exchange.

7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mentalfierce.com. Include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

 

Return Policy

 

We strive to provide our customers with the best service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

 

1. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please send us an email at info@mentalfierce.com. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will then receive further instructions.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be in unused and original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you are returning your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. We recommend sending your package with insurance and a track & trace code.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Europe have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.
